The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Berkeley Medical Center, CON File #26-9-13514-P, for the development of an ambulatory health care facility in Jefferson County, West Virginia, through the acquisition of the assets of an existing private practice physician office. Capital Expenditure $140,000.
