Notice is hereby given that American Mining Group, LLC, P. O. Box 33, 1801 Ford Knob Road, Spring Dale, WV 25986 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840.
The application has been submitted for:
– 50% or more ownership change in permittee or its owner
– All officers for permittee or its owner have changed
on Permit No. S300614 from American Mining Group, LLC, 3501 MacCorkle Avenue SE, #120, Charleston, WV 25304.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) at the address above. Comments received by May 1st, 2021, or thirty (30) days from date of publication, will be considered.
A copy of the application will be available until May 1st, 2021, or thirty (30) days from date publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above and is available at:
