The object of the above entitled action is to Change Name of Gabriel Tyler Clay Keeney to Gabriel Tyler Bailey.
ORDERED that anyone having any objections to the aforesaid name change do appear and serve upon Lynneia Bailey petitioner, whose address is PO BOX 2065, Oceana, WV 24870 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before 5-5-21, otherwise the petitioner will be granted the relief prayed for in the petition. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk tat his office in the City of Pineville in said County and State.
