The purpose of this action is to determine the disposition of Krista Jarrell (Duncan) and Jeffery Carpenter. Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of the above-styled children and/or Termination of Parental Rights.
It appearing that the whereabouts of Krista Jarrell (Duncan) and Jeffery Carpenter are presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Krista Jarrell (Duncan) and Jeffery Carpenter shall appear in the Office of the Honorable Darl W. Poling, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for a Disposition Hearing on April 29, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the child may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources and the parental rights of the father and mother terminated.
