In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 10, 2003, in the original principal amount of $41,626.50 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Tazewell County, Virginia, in Book 0886 at Page 0999 as Instrument No. 030004543 .
