NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 11th day of May, 2021, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Jessie & Jody Price for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit to operate towing business. The property is located at 131 Matilda’s Memory Lane, Arnett, WV, Marsh Fork District, Tax Map 17, Parcels 29.5 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
