NOTICE
TO: MALCOLM DENNIS, THE FATHER OF A MALE CHILD BORN UNTO AMANDA HARVEY ON MARCH 31, 2017 (JUVENILE CASE NO. 21-JA-29-MW)
Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 4, Section 601 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that said child is a neglected and/or abused child, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on the 14th day of May, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., before the Honorable Mark E. Wills, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Mercer County Courthouse Annex, Princeton, West Virginia.
