PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition duly filed in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, seeking the guardianship of Emily Paige Graybeal shall be held before the Honorable Andrew Dimlich, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in his chambers located at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, on Friday May 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that your parental rights, if any, may be suspended and/or terminated in the proceeding, and that Kevin Graybeal may appear and defend any such rights within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these adoption proceedings.
