ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED “SPRING 2021 ASPHALT PAVING”. PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME, MAY 6, 2021

SEALED BIDS WILL BE OPENED AT 4:00 P.M. ON MAY 6, 2021

Faxed or emailed proposals cannot be accepted.

The City of Bluefield will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap or national origin in the contract award. The City of Bluefield reserves the right to contract with one firm for the entire project or more than one firm for various components of the project, as the City deems to be in its best interest.
