It is hereby ordered that James Edward Tidwell serve upon Diana Faye Tidwell, Petitioner, whose address is P.O. Box 60 Robson, WV 25173, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before May 19, 2021. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
