Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Superintendent of Schools until 2:00 P.M. on Monday, May 17, 2021 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.

Bid award will be based on the lowest bid meeting the equipment specifications. Vendor shall include all costs including delivery to the Board’s Central warehouse in Pineville, WV. A contract will be awarded immediately upon approval by the Board.

Bid shall be submitted on an appropriate bid form and should include all costs to provide the equipment as specified.
