NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 8th day of June, 2021, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Brian’s Safehouse INC. for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for the placement of a Mobile Home on property located at 823 Cranberry Drive, Prosperity, WV, Town District, Tax Map 18, Parcels 27, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by June 7th, 2021, will be considered.
