NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 8th day of June, 2021, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Castin, LLC for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Digital Billboard on property owned by K&K Music Co. and located at 913 Ritter Drive, Beaver, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 1005, Parcel 1 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by June 7th, 2021, will be considered.
