PLEASE TAKE NOTICE That on the 7th day of June 2021 at a meeting of the Planning Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, to be held on the main floor of the Fayette County Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Building located at 200 W. Maple Ave. Fayetteville, WV , at 2:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the planning commission will hold a public hearing on the following amendments (changes in land classification) to the Fayette County Unified Development Code referred by the County Commission to the Planning Commission for a recommendation and any other business that may be properly brought before this commission.

ALSO, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, That on the 18th day of June, 2021. At a regular meeting of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, to be held in county commission meeting room, 1st floor, Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, WV, thereof, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the county commission will hold a public hearing on the following amendments to the Unified Development Code of Fayette County, West Virginia. Copies of the proposed rezoning requests may be examined in the zoning office, Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia.
