PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its’ meeting of June 8th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Change in Land Classification, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
LC-48-21-1: At the request of the West Virginia State Baptist Convention, owner, By James Matthew for a change in Land Classification from R-3 Medium Density Residential District, to R-3, Heavy Density Residential District, on Lots 28, 29, 30 and pt. of 31, Harlem Heights located at 20 Robinson St., Oak Hill.
TAKE NOTICE also, that at the June 14th, 2021, meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should be present.
