PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of June 7th 2021 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.

U-81-21-1: Request of Wes and Amy McDonald, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to allow a short-term vacation rental / Air B & B at 113 ½ Woods Ave., Oak Hill.

U-82-21-1: Request of William Shuff, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.320 for a Use permit to have mini storage facility at 3338 Court St., Oak Hill.

U-83-21-1: Request of Jamie Humphrey, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.310 for a Use permit to keep 6 chickens at 403 2nd St., Oak Hill.

V-103-21-1: Request of Evelyn Conner, owner, for a Variance Permit as required by Section 15.38.020, subsection 1, to permit a carport in front yard of home over end of driveway by house at 102 Old Scarbro Rd., Oak Hill.

U-84-21-1: Request of Ashley Newsome, renter, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.310 for a Use permit to keep 6 chickens at 405 2nd St., Oak Hill.
