Pursuant to Chapter 16, Article 5G of the West Virginia Code, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Davis Health System, a non-profit corporation, will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, February 12, 2015, at 1:00 pm, in the board room at Davis Medical Center in Elkins, West Virginia. Pursuant to the statute, such a meeting is open to the public.
