Notice of Request for Bids

The Wyoming County Board of Education is requesting bids form qualified vendors for the following project:

Westside High School
Lighted School Message Sign

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Superintendent of Schools until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at which time they will be opened and read.

Bid award will be based on he lowest bid meeting the project specifications.

Bid shall be submitted on appropriate bid forms and should include all costs to provide the project as specified.

Bidding instructions and specifications are available from Terry Shumate, Director of Technology and Information Systems, at P.O. Box 69, Pineville, WV 24874, telephone (304)732-6262, ext. 1108.

The sign will be financed with local school funds.
