REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RECREATION EQUIPMENT
SCOTT STREET PARK,
BECKLEY, WV
The City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia is seeking sealed proposals in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to furnish recreation equipment (swings, basketball goals, picnic tables, trash containers, benches and a play structure for youth in the 5 – 12 year-old age group) for installation by other at Scott Street Park in the City of Beckley. Proposals are not required to be all inclusive, bids may be submitted for any or all of the requested materials.
One (1) original and two (2) copies of the written proposal must be submitted to Ms. Angela King, Grants Administrator, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801 by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Scott Street Recreation Equipment.” Only written and sealed proposals will be accepted. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Any proposal received after the time and date proposals are due, will be returned unopened.
