REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
The Mercer County Communications Center (9-1-1) will accept sealed Quotations for the site completion and installation of a 180 foot steel communications self-support tower until 9:30 am, Wednesday July 14, 2021 in the Mercer County Communications Center (9-1-1) Administrative offices, at 911 Shelter Rd, Princeton, West Virginia, 24739. Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday June 30, 2021. A site visit will follow. Quotations are to be valid for a period of 180 days from date of opening. The Mercer County Communications Center (9-1-1) reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations. Fax bids will not be accepted.

It shall be the bidders’ responsibility to determine the method of transmittal such that their bids will arrive at the Mercer County Communications Center office prior to the scheduled bid opening. The Mercer County Communication Center cannot waive or excuse late receipt of a proposal which is delayed or late for any reason. Late submissions will not be accepted and will remain unopened. Any quotation received after the quotation opening date and time will be immediately disqualified in accordance with applicable law and administrative rules and regulations applicable to the Mercer County Communications Center.
All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope. The outside of the envelope must include the name and address of the proposer and clearly marked as follows:
