Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of June, 2021, Petitioner, TINA RUTLEDGE SAUNDERS, filed a Petition in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, for an Order by said Court, changing the name of TINA RUTLEDGE SAUNDERS to TINA MARIE RUTLEDGE.
