Notice is hereby given that RIVERSIDE ENERGY COMPANY, LLC, P O BOX 460, BRENTON, WV 24818 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, for a Phase 1, 2 and 3 release on Permit Number U400996 issued for 12 acres.
The permit is located in SLAB FORK District of Wyoming County, 1.4 miles Northwest of ITMANN on Unnamed Tributary of Still Run of Upper Guyandotte River.
RIVERSIDE ENERGY COMPANY, LLC completed final reclamation on 05/19/2021 and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $31,200.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until August 1, 2021, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
