Notice of Request for Bids

The Wyoming County Board of Education is requesting bids from qualified vendors for the following commercial foodservice equipment

Westside High School;

2- SERVING COUNTER, UTILITY
SecoSelect Model BST-61-MODIFIED Dimensions: 36(h) x 63(w) x 30(d), Custom Solid Top Serving Counter, mobile, 60″W x 22″0 x 36″ H, open shelf base (operators side}, Locksteady™ line-up locking system, 16 ga. 304 stainless steel top, 16 ga. stainless steel exterior, 18 ga. stainless steel interior, 12 ga. galvanized steel hat channel, 16 ga. galvanized steel base framing, 5″ heavy duty casters, NSF

2- 5 years “bumper-to-bumper” parts warranty & 1 year labor warranty (purchased after January 1, 2020}, standard

2 – 36″ Counter height

2 – Model SOS-4 Single over shelf to be mounted 24″ above the counter top surface and approximately 60″ above the floor, to have stainless steel back that extends from the over shelf to the counter to the over shelf.

2- Model SST-16 16 Gauge 304 stainless steel countertop surface

2- Model HOC Heavy Duty Casters all four locking

2- Model HSWD-4 Hinged swing cabinet doors, (4) well

Price to include: delivery to school loading dock.

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Superintendent of Schools until 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
Bid award will be based on the lowest bid meeting the equipment specifications. Vendor shall include all costs including delivery to the Board’s Central warehouse in Pineville, WV. A contract will be awarded immediately upon approval by the Board.
Bid shall be submitted on an appropriate bid form and should include all costs to provide the equipment as specified.
