Notice is hereby given that FRASURE CREEK MINING, LLC, P O BOX 100, 137 1/2 E MAIN ST, OAK HILL, WV 25901 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840.
This application has been submitted for Reinstatement of a Revoked Permit on permit no O300701,O301110,S300311,S301309,S301601,S301705,S303807,U300606,U300801, U301210 to RESILIENT MINING LLC,799 HIGHWAY 3459, HARLAN, KY 40831.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) at the address above. Comments received by July 16, 2021, or thirty (30) days from date of publication, will be considered.
A copy of the application will be available until July 17, 2021, or thirty (30) days from final date ofpublication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above and is available at:
