The object of the above-entitled action is a Partition Suit of real estate more particularly described in deed dated December 27, 1946, The Gauley Mountain Coal Company, a West Virginia Corporation, conveyed the subject property George L. Murry and Artie Murry, his wife, of recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Deed Book 133, at Page 20, and it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Brucella Jordan is the Plaintiff and verifies that she has read and knows the contents of the subject Complaint; it is ordered that JAMEISHA ROGERS, LATORIA DAWN ROGERS, SONYA ROGERS, KAY ALLEN, JIMMY BONNER, WALTER DALE ROGERS, III, JaHOL RICE, LOLA COX, GAIL COX LEWIS, ADRIAN ROMAIN, ROGER BONNER, TERRY BONNER, JIMMY BONNER, and RICHARD LEE ROSS, their successors or assigns do serve upon Paul O. Clay, Jr., Attorney at Law, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is P. O. Box 746, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 15th day of July, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
