Application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of passengers by nonemergency medical transport in Raleigh County.

NOTICE

On April 2, 2021, First Light Medical Transport, LLC “(First Light”), filed an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of passengers by nonemergency medical transport in Raleigh County.

First Light proposes:
To operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of passengers in limousine service, to/from points or places in Raleigh County, and to/from points or places in West Virginia.

Rates: $30.00 for the first ten miles of transport and $2.00 for each mile thereafter.

Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
