CONTRACT NO. 1: Construction of a 45′ x 24′ amphitheater/stage at Glenwood Recreational Park
will be received by Mercer County Commission located at 1501 West Main St, Suite 210 in Princeton until 2:00 p.m., (local prevailing time) July 20, 2021 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

BIDDERS on this work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order No. 11246, which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Neither the United States nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees is or will be a party to this Advertisement for Bids or any resulting contract.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on July 6, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (LPT) at Mercer County Courthouse, 1501 West Main St, Suite 210, Princeton, West Virginia. A site visit will follow.
A five percent (5%) BID BOND must accompany all BIDS.
All BIDDERS must hold a current West Virginia Contractor’s License on the date of bid opening.
BIDDERS must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
The Mercer County Commission may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all bids.
