The object of the above entitled action is a family law matter whereby Petitioner is filing a Petition for the Domestication of the NY Order for Custody against Respondent.
It appearing that the said Respondent, Shwanique Hudson, is a resident of the State of West Virginia, however her whereabouts are unknown; that Petitioner has performed due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of Respondent, Shawnique Hudson, but has been unable to determine the location of said Respondent; therefore, it is
Ordered that Respondent do appear and serve upon Robert P. Dunlap, II, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 208 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before August 6, 2021 otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against her at any time thereafter.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office located in Raleigh County, West Virginia.
