NOTICE TO UNKNOWN HOLDERS OF UNREDEEMED PARI-MUTUEL TICKETS
You and each of you are hereby notified to present to the undersigned at its office, 900 Pennsylvania Ave., Suite 533, Charleston, WV 25302, within ninety (90) days from the date of this notice, any unredeemed pari-mutuel tickets purchased during the meet ending December 31, 2015 at Hollywood Casino and Racetrack, Charles Town, WV.
You are hereby further notified that any such ticket that shall be presented for payment ninety (90) days from the date of this notice, dated this 4th day of April, 2016, shall become the property of the State of West Virginia.
