PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 23rd of July, 2021 at a regular meeting of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, to be held at the Courthouse thereof at 10:00am, or soon thereafter, as the matter may be heard, the County Commission will hold a public hearing on the Amendment to the Fayette County Comprehensive Plan (Route 19 Corridor Management Plan, as well as on the Amendment to the Fayette County Zoning Ordinance Section 9005.
Copies of the full text of the Fayette County Route 19 Corridor Management Plan as well as Copies of the Unified Development Code Section 9005, U.S. Route 19, U.S. Route 60, and Route 16 Corridor Overlay District, may be examined in the Fayette County Clerk’s Office, Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, WV between 8:00 am, and 4:00pm,
