NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE
OF REAL PROPERTY FOR
DELINQUENT TAXES
Pursuant to the Order for Sale of Real Property for Delinquent Taxes entered by the Tazewell County Circuit Court on July 7, 2021, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, on July 16, 2021 at 9:00 AM, on the steps of the Tazewell County Courthouse, located at 135 Court Street – Suite 202, Tazewell, Virginia 24651, the following described property for payment of delinquent taxes:
That certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Tazewell County, Virginia, titled in the name of We Go Global Church, Inc, and being a lot located in the Town of Pocahontas, Tazewell County, as described in the Tazewell County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 2013, Page 3428, being Tax Map Number 006A304 0027.
Should there be inclement weather on July 16, 2021 at 9:00 AM, said sale shall occur in the conference room of the Tazewell County Treasurer’s Office, being on Floor 2A of the Tazewell County Courthouse, located at 135 Court Street – Suite 202, Tazewell, Virginia 24651.
TERMS OF SALE: CASH – ten percent (10%) bidder’s deposit will be required with balance due thirty (30) days from the date of sale, payable by (a) cash, (b) money order, (c) cashier’s check, or (d) certified check.
TERMS OF SALE: MINIMUM BID REQUIRED – a minimum starting bid of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) will be required for purchase.
The property shall be conveyed by Special Warranty of Title free and clear of all liens except 2021 real estate taxes, which shall be prorated. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Tazewell County Circuit Court.
