REQUEST FOR BIDS
The MERCER COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY (MCSWA) is currently seeking sealed bids for a new Rim Clamp Tire Changer. The tire changer must meet the following specifications:
– Must be have a side mounted bead loosener.
– Bead loosener shall open to a minimum width of 16 inches.
– Equipped with tire turn turntable.
– Electric 220 volt, single phase turn table drive motor.
– Inflation gauge to minimum 60 psi.
– Tire changer shall de-rim up to a 24-inch internal diameter rims and a rim up to a 14-inch diameter wheel width.
– Manual swing arm.
– Equipped with blast inflator.
– Equivalent to a Hunter TCX5xE Rim Clamp Tire Changer or approved equal.
– The tire changer shall be delivered to the Mercer County Solid Waste Authority @ the address below and installed.
– Bid shall include all materials, delivery and installation costs.
– A 220 volt electric receptacle and air compressor will be provided by owner.
