Written comments and/or requests for an informal conference of the permit renewal application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until September 12, 2021, or thirty (30) days from the date of final publication. A copy of the application will be available for review until September 12, 2021, or thirty (30) days from the date of final publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above and is available at:
