The proposed operation is discharging into Unnamed tributaries of/and Fulton Creek, Bear Hollow of Fulton Creek, unnamed tributaries of/and Left Fork of White Oak Creek and unnamed tributaries of Clear Fork of Big Coal River of Coal River of Kanawha River (Receiving Stream) of KANAWHA RV (Major Subbasin) and is located 1.5 (Distance) miles, north (Direction) of Artie (Nearest Post Office) in Clear Fork District of Raleigh County, Longitude 81deg. 21′ 29″ Latitude 37deg. 57′ 12″

Written comments and/or requests for an informal conference of the surface mining application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until September 23, 2021, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
