NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF
ZONING APPEALS OF THE
CITY OF BECKLEY

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Beckley will hold a public hearing at 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, the 15th day of September 2021 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley on the petition of AP&E Properties, owner, and Jeffrey and Heather Neal, applicant, of property located at 194 Central Avenue (Tax Map 29, Parcels 37 & 38) in the City of Beckley, or their agent, which would allow for a Conditional Use Permit to be used for a school age athlete training facility in an M, Manufacturing Zone.

Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated.
