The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from BrightSpring Health Services, Inc., Louisville, Kentucky, CON File #21-1/3/5-12138-A, for the sale of up to 100% of its ownership interests of their personal care services in Kanawha, Mercer and Wood counties, West Virginia. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $1,110,000.
