It is hereby ordered that Frances Jewel Rowe serve upon Paul Everett Rowe, Sr, Petitioner, whose address is PO BOX 157, MINDEN, WV 25879, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before September 13, 2021. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
