Notice is hereby given that ELK RUN COAL COMPANY, LLC, , PO BOX 457, WHITESVILLE, WV 25209 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1101 George Kostas Drive, Logan, WV, 25601 (DEP Regional Office Address) for extension of inactive status on Permit No. U300294. located near DOROTHY (Nearest Post Office) in SHERMAN and CLEAR FORK District of Boone and Raleigh County(ies).
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until September 9th, 2021, or thirty (30) days from date of publication.
