NOTICE
The City of Beckley will be accepting bids from qualified firms for the milling and paving of East Main Street, from the intersection of S. Kanawha St., to the intersection of E. Prince St.
Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained from the Board of Public Works Office at 401 Adair Street, or by calling (304)256-1740, between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
Bids will be accepted until 4:00pm on August 24, 2021. They will be publicly opened and read aloud during a meeting of Common Council at 6:30pm that same day. Bids may be hand delivered to 409 South Kanawha Street or mailed to PO Box 2514, Beckley, WV 25802-2514.
Any bids that arrive after the specified date and time will not be considered.
The City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of a bid without cause.
