THE OBJECT OF THE ABOVE TITLED ACTION IS THE ADOPTION OF NEVAEH H. BELLEW, SARA G. BELLEW, KAYDEN C. BELLEW, AND KAYLEIGH R. BELLEW
It appearing by the Petitioners’ Affidavit for Order of Publication, herebefore filed in this action, that the whereabouts of the biological father, Jonathan Bellew, is unknown , it is hereby ordered that anyone interested in or having objections to the adoption of Navaeh H. Bellew, Sara G. Bellew, Kayden C. Bellew, and Kayleigh R. Bellew, including the biological father, Jonathan Bellew, be notified that a hearing is scheduled before the Honorable Thomas Ewing, Circuit Court Judge of Fayette County, West Virginia, at the Fayette County Courthouse Annex, 100 Church Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia, on September 16, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. on the petition to adopt said children. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office. Please be advised that the parental rights of Jonathan Bellew may be terminated in the proceeding.
