The object of the above-entitled action is a family law matter whereby Petitioner is filing a Petition for Divorce from Respondent.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that it is unknown which state said Respondent, Marcus Anthony Zukowski, is a resident of and his whereabouts are unknown; that Petitioner has performed due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of Respondent; therefore, it is
Ordered that Respondent do appear and serve upon Robert P. Dunlap, II, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 208 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before September 30, 2021 otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against him at any time thereafter.
