The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 209 Combs Street, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above-named respondent(s) is/are unlawfully occupying such property as tenants(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit or Unknown Residency filed in this action that due dilience has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Sajia P. Worley and Brandon Nicholes and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Sajia P. Worley and Brandon Nicholes do serve upon Richard D. Jones, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 23,2021 @ 7:30 PM, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Sajia P. Worley and Brandon Nicholes at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
