RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 16th day of September, 2021 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing to rezone 1 acre of property upon the application of Mills Floor Covering, LLC for the purpose of a Commercial Ice Cream Stand. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/ Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (B1) Business/Commercial. The property to be affected is located at 750 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Sophia, Town District, Tax Map 33, Part of Parcel 11, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
