NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the 5th of October 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in Common Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, the City of Beckley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in order to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Beckley by expanding Chapter 15, Article I, Section 15-3 Definitions by adding definitions for Indoor Self-Storage facility, Self-Storage Facility and Storage Containers, and further making Indoor Self-Storage Facility a Permitted Use in City of Beckley Zones B-1, B-2 and M, and making Self-Storage Facility a Permitted Use in Zone M and a Conditional Use in Zones B-1 and B-2.
The Common Council chambers will not be open to the public for attendance in person.
