NRCTC SURPLUS PUBLIC SALE
New River Community and Technical College (NRCTC) will conduct a surplus property public sale by sealed, written bids only. The location of the sale is the Advance Technology Center, 527 Odd Road, Ghent, WV, 25843. Viewing of the item is from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2021 through Thursday, September 14, 2021 during these hours only.
To comply with NRCTC’s current guidelines regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic, all bidders, that have not been vaccinated, are required to wear mask to view items. Social Distancing is required.
Prospective bidders must obtain and complete a bid sheet for the surplus item. Seal bids will be date/time stamped and placed in a locked box until Bid opening date, September 14, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Bids will be tabulated and awards will be made to the highest bidder. After the successful bidder(s) is notified, all items must be paid for and removed from NRCTC property by Thursday, September 20, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Payment is required before the property can be removed and the removal is the responsibility of the successful bidder. NRCTC WILL ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, CASH and CERTIFIED CHECKS FOR PAYMENT. AWARDED BID WILL BE VOID IF ITEMS ARE NOT PAID FOR BY 3:00 p.m. ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2021.
