NOTICE
The Wyoming County Commission is accepting sealed bids to replace the existing telephone system at the Wyoming County Courthouse with a cloud-based voice over IP (VoIP) system. Bid packets may be obtained by contacting Tammy Sandy, Purchasing Agent at 304-732-8000 ext. 248.
Bids will be accepted until 3:00 pm on September 28, 2021 and will be opened October 6, 2021 at 9:30 am in the meeting chambers of the Wyoming County Commission in Pineville, WV.
Please mail or deliver you sealed bid to : Wyoming County Commission, “Sealed Bid Telephone System” PO Box 309, Pineville, WV 24874. The Wyoming County Commission reserves the right to accept/reject any/or all bids.
