The Petitioner, Shaina Smith, previously filed a Petition for Name Change on behalf of her minor child, Brayden Orion Colbird. The Court previously scheduled a hearing in this matter on August 25, 2021. However, due to a late entry of the order of publication concerning this matter, the Court finds it necessary to reschedule this matter. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that a hearing on the within Petition for Name Change shall be held on September 15, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. before the Honorable Michael M. Cochrane at the Wyoming County Courhouse in Pineville, West Virginia.
The paraties are instructed to appear at said day and time, prepared with any evidence or witnesses that they wish to introduce. Failure of any party to timely appear may result in a judgment adverse to that party. Furthermore, the Clerk of this Court is requested to send copies of this order to all relevant parties in the above-styled matter so that they may be notified of this pending hearing.
