Solicitation of Interest
The State of West Virginia is soliciting offers from parties interested in providing on a lease basis, office space of approximately 53,000 square feet, along with approximately two hundred thirty-five (235) parking spaces, situated within the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, with easy access to the interstate or major thoroughfares. The proposed space can be either new construction or an existing building. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and must meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, standards and ordinances. If applicable, prevailing wages apply for all construction in accordance with West Virginia Code § 21-5A-1, et. seq.
