PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its’ meeting of October 5th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for an amendment to section 15.38.310 subsection keeping of fowls with a special Use Permit and section 15.38.240 Bed and Breakfast Inns.
TAKE NOTICE also, that at the October 11th, 2021, meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should be present.
