It is hereby ordered that Ronald Scott Mercer Sr. serve upon Melissa Lynn Mercer, Petitioner, whose address is PO Box 263 Macarthur, WV 25873, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before November 2, 2021. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against your for the relief demanded in the Petition.
